Reformer and Mat pilates instructor, Sara became pilates obsessed after having her fourth baby! She is the queen of the slow burn!!

With 3 years experience. Kim’s background in personal training lays the perfect foundation for her pilates x strength classes. You’ll leave her classes feeling strong and empowered!

Our signature strength x pilates class. Expect pilates on crack! High energy pilates full body flows mixed with some spicy strength to create a class that will leave you begging for more. Come get STRONG with us every Wednesday and Saturday mornings! All levels welcome.

Our strength x pilates circuit class. Expect to feel strong af, and maybe a slight sweaty mess! If you’re after that endorphin high then you’ve come to the right place. We MELT every Monday night 6pm! All levels are welcome.

Expect our signature flows similar to our STRONG class, but to maximise the burn we repeat the flows twice! The class is broken into three sections: core, upper & lower, with the option to use heavier dumbbells if you’re after that extra burn!! Come BURN with us every Thursday night 5:45pm. All levels are welcome.
